I pay some people to pretend to be my friends and go out in public with me. Over the years we've grown quite close.
I gained a BA in animation from the University of Sheffield Hallam. Following this came a two year stint as a freelance 2d animator at RJDM Studios. In 2013 I took the decision to move to Bournemouth and do a masters in 3d Computer Animation. Not only did I learn a lot on the course, but I made some friendships which I believe will last a lifetime.
From 2014 - 2017 I worked at a small up-and-coming Animation Studio called 'Fudge Animation Studios'. It was a great time and I miss the guys there, but in 2018 I decided to take the challenge of going freelance and see where that would take me.
In the summer of 2017 I took the
decision to enroll in Animation Mentor. Getting regular feedback from some of the greatest animators in the industry has been such a valuable experience and my skills have improved massively as a result. You can see my finished assignments at 'My work > Animation'.
I do spend a lot of my time drawing,
painting and animating. But I do other things too...
...I play basketball for example...
..and the classical guitar.

In 2018 I took up singing and it's become a major part of my life. My quartet recently won the International Quartet Gold medal in Ireland
...and I'm learning Italian.
